Description
It is those dramatic events that embody the life story of the writer Manto. The film tells about four troubled years in the life of Manto and the lives of the two countries where he lives. When sectarian violence began in his hometown, Manto decided to make the difficult choice of leaving Bombay and emigrating to Lahore. Manto did not find his usual life in Lahore and found himself deprived of friends and unable to find the authors of his writings, as there seems to be a new tragedy landing downwards.
